Text-to-Speech: TENIOS Voice Assistant (TTS) now speaks 18 languages

Hur kan jag hjälpa dig? – That was Swedish and means “How can I help you?”. Swedish is only one of the available languages of our digital hero: TENIOS’ Text-to-Speech (TTS) service now offers the possibility to communicate in 18 different languages. In addition, both male and female voices are available in different versions for each language. With a total of 38 language and voice enhancements, the TENIOS Voice Assistant is upgraded and optimizes the international customer dialogue.

 

Text-to-Speech in telephone customer service

The conversion from text into speech, also text-to-speech, is one of the technical advantages that have become part of our everyday life with the boom of digital assistants such as Alexa and Google Assistant. The synthesis of text into human speech, based on artificial intelligence (AI), offers the possibility of creating announcement texts for customer hotlines within a very short time and replaces time-consuming audio productions.

 

What languages does the TENIOS Voice Assistant speak?

Once again TENIOS upgraded its digital assistant. Below you find an overview of all available languages in the TENIOS TTS service:

Easy integration via TENIOS Cloud

To use text-to-speech technology for your customer service, you can set up the desired announcement texts using our customer portal within the TENIOS Cloud. You find the voice feature by selecting the tab “Announcements” and clicking the button “Add new announcement”. The page “Announcement details” appears and you can enter the desired information (see animated picture). Now the created announcement can be used anywhere in the routing plan.
