This alert monitors the number of incoming calls on all phone numbers in your TENIOS account. If the threshold exceeds within an interval of 10 minutes, a notification will be sent by email.

Status is used to determine whether the incoming call can be processed correctly and routing is set if necessary. If the threshold exceeds within an interval of 10 minutes, a notification will be sent by email.
This alert monitors the successful routing of incoming calls to all phone numbers in your TENIOS account. You can forward the calls to SIP accounts, SIP trunks, or external phone numbers. If the forwarding is unsuccessful, this will be marked as “not OK”. The reasons for this can be: destination is not available / no call pick-up, busy, wrong number, external error etc. If the threshold exceeds within an interval of 10 minutes, a notification will be sent by email.
This alert is triggered when the IP address gets blocked. That means when a new record is inserted with the appropriate customer domain.
