Configure Not Ready Reasons

Not Ready Reasons (NRR) represent reasons that specify details about the Not Ready status of an agent, for instance: Lunch, Coffee break, Appointment, Meeting, etc.
These reasons are configured by creating a unique acronym and name for the NNR. A timeout can optionally be specified for the reasons, after which an agent is automatically returned to the Ready status.

 

Not Ready Reason

 

The new NRR will be then added at the end of the list. This position is only for display and can be moved upwards with the arrows.

 

 

When an agent signs into the Cloud PBX portal, the agent state is set to Ready. If an agent wants to change from Ready to Not Ready status, that agent can choose the appropriate Not Ready Reason from the list of configured reasons.
