Order number

You can order new numbers in the TENIOS customer portal. You have the following options:

GeographicalNationalFreephone
A geographical number is a number which is assigned to a certain geographical region. For instance 0221… for Cologne.
A national number is a number which is not assigned to a specific region but can be used nationwide. For instance 032… in Germany
A freephone number is a toll free number, such as 0800… in Germany
Depending on your selection, you will be asked to enter the location. For freephone and national numbers only the country is required, for geographical numbers in addition a city must be selected:

 

 

After you have made your choice, the phone number and the price will be displayed. Phone numbers usually have a Setup fee which is charged once and a recurring monthly fee which will be invoiced every month. If there is no number of your selected type on stock, you can continue with the order, but the concrete number is added to you account as soon as it is available.

 

 

By pressing the button “Add to Shopping Cart” you can add the phone number to the shopping cart of the TENIOS Online-Shop. If a number of the selected type number is available at the time of the request, the order process will be initiated. Otherwise, If there is no number of your selected type on stock, you can continue with the order, but the concrete number is added to you account as soon as it is available. You can cancel orders by clicking the red icon next to the respective number.
